March 2016 TBR

Hey guys! It’s Mariana.

Welcome back to another Monthly TBR. I’ve been quite neglect with blogging this past week, due to end of quarter tests, so I wasn’t able to post this sooner. Also, I was at a musical competition this morning, and although the result was not as expected, I had a lot of fun.

Move pass to the story of my life and enter to the future of my bookish world, I hereby introduce you to my shinny, new TBR of March!!

MY

March TBR 3

1. Fire Falling by Elise Kova — I just finished Air Awakens in February, and now  I’ve finally got my hand on its 2nd and 3rd book. I also add Earth’s End too, thanks to friend Raven who warned me to get the 3rd book along to protect my feels from “nightmarish cliffhanger that left [her] shattered” (you are my savior 😉 ).

2. The Assassin’s Curse by Cassandra Rose Clarke — If there is any book contains assassin, count me in.

3. The Forbidden Wish by Jessica Khoury — I’ve been anticipating for this book since forever. Now I can’t wait to read it!

4. Passenger by Alexandra Bracken — Yes, I am not at all getting tired of books with smoking sailors, not at all… (such guilty pleasure~)

March TBR 2

5. The Undying by Ethan Reid — Apocalyptic Paris? Sounds too cool to ignore (Also, I got this from Netgalley, so… 😛 ).

6. A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab — I’ve heard so many great things about this book.

7. These Vicious Masks by Tarun Shanker & Kelly Zekas — “Jane Austen meets X-Men” <— This got me. XD Also, the cover is gorgeous!

8. The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins — I have fallen hard for books about books…

March TBR 1

9. Riders by Veronica Rossi — I was fascinated by the concept of legendary horsemen of the apocalypse. I really can’t wait to read this book!

10. Cinder by Marissa Meyer — I know right? I can’t believe it myself that I haven’t read this yet!!

11. Thicker Than Water by Brigid Kemmerer — I’ve always wanted to read this book. I’m really looking forward to this.

12. Flunked by Jen Calonita — This sounds quite cool. And hey, retelling is totally my type! ❤

Yeppie, that’s my to-be-reads for this month. Hope I will stick to this till the end. 😛

What’s your TBR for March? Are you planning to read any book in the list up there?

    1. I’m really looking forward to read them too! 😀 It’s the same for me about Thicker Than Water too. I’ve heard so many great things about it, but haven’t got a chance to read it. Can’t wait to hear thought on it and ADSOM too! ❤

  1. Awesome TBR! I’m glad you heed my warning and got yourself a third book for Air awakens series! But did you know there’s a bonus novella titled Tales from the front that must be read between Book 2 and BOok 3. I haven’t read it yet but I’m going to pretty soon. I loved Assassins Curse and I hope you like it too! Passengers was a disappoint for me due to the wordiness and slow pacing but I hope you enjoy it more than me. I’ve been hearing mixed reviews about These Vicious masks and I’ll look forward to know your thoughts about it. Cinder is a pretty amazing book and I really hope you enjoy it!
    Happy Reading! 😀

    1. Haha, your warning helps. 😉 And I’ve heard about the novella. I just subscribed for Elise Kova’s news, and she provided me the novella as a subscription gift. It was pretty awesome! I’m working my way through Fire Falling now, and can’t wait to read the novella. And I too looking forward to all the books in my TBR (and let just hope I follow it through 😛 ). Thank you so much, and hope you have a great month in both books an life! 😀
